Trail to a Cure Receives Federal Tax Exempt Status from IRS

The United States Internal Revenue Service has informed Trail to a Cure, Inc., via letter, that it has been granted federal tax exempt status under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This announcement arrived nearly two months ahead of when it was expected.

TTAC's tax exemption status is effective June 25, 2007, meaning that any contributions made to Trail to a Cure on June 25 or after are tax deductible.
